Established in March, 1996, Harbin Tianhua Pencil Industrial Manufacture Company Limited is a private enterprise located at the industrial development zone of Tianmen Village in Fangzheng Country, Harbin China. Abutting the Ha Tong speedway, to the Centre of our province Harbin city just using 2 hours driving time.

　　With a total area of 50,000 square meters, workshop being 5,000 square meters, the company has more than 80 machines and equipment for pencil manufacturing, with 120 workers including 10 technical personnels, producing 1 million gross pencil wood plank and 2 million gross of various kinds pencils and color pencils, Neutral pencils, making up pencils annually are sold to occident, middle south America, Middle East and south east Asia market,… more than 30 countries and regions.

　　At present, our company has become a member of China Pencil Manufacture Association, And associator of China’s Light Industrial and Art/Craft Chamber of Commerce, passed GB/T19001_2000IDT and ISO90001:2000 quality system authentication. The raw material we use all conform to European EN71 CE and American ASTM standard. 　　Our main production are mainly divided by black lead pencils, color lead pencils, Neutral pencils and face-painting pencils, the length of each kinds normally are in 89mm and 178mm kinds; the diameters are can be made from 5.5mm till 10mm; the Shapes of the pencils except the general round and hexagonal shapes, also the small triangular, quadrangle, pentagon, jumbo triangular, jumbo hexagonal and jumbo round shapes; on the appearance workmanship, there are the natural color, color painting, dipped end, rounded end, and sub-light painting, fluorescence color, pearl color, etc, furthermore the color printing, stripped lines, stripped face, cloudy flower,

　　As the black lead pencils, we can produce them from B till 6B; from H to 6H, which could satisfy the students writing, official writing, specialist writing and mechanical drawing;

　　As the color pencils, we can produce the normal color pencils, water dissolveColor pencils, can be clear with eraser, totaled 3 kinds, in which the normal color pencils can be produced up to 48 colors, and the other 2 kinds can be 12 colors to satisfy the deferent demands.

　　As the face-painting pencils, mainly the eyebrow pencil, eye pencils,eye shadow pencils and lip line pencils etc which could be produced morethan 15 colors and enjoy by deferent ladies from all the world.
